每週金句-No.009 人生在世必須知廉恥，無恥之人，必當無所不為，何況身為修道之人，既入聖賢門，應知儒門禮，身正而行；若其身不正，則其令難行。
人生在世必須知廉恥，無恥之人，必當無所不為，何況身為修道之人，既入聖賢門，應知儒門禮，身正而行；若其身不正，則其令難行。
古云：「禮義廉恥，國之四維，四維不張，國乃滅亡。」廉恥，是為人立身的大節。不知廉恥的人是昧著良心、予取予求的。身為學修天地倫綱的人，既入聖賢杏壇，明瞭儒門禮義，必率先端正自我品行，尊卑有序，進退有節，所到之處人人起而效法，社會風氣自然天真純樸；相反地，自身不行端正，卻想率身鼓噪，眾人是不會服從跟隨的。
One going through life in the world must know about integrity and shame. A shameless person will dare to do anything. As to one cultivating himself according to Dao, given he has entered the gateway for learning from the Saint and the Sage, he should know Confucianism’s rites and protocols, holding himself out righteously in every act. If one does not hold himself out righteously, his orders will not be followed by his subordinates and subjects.
